If your List 3 cargo was exported from China BEFORE 12:01 a.m. EST May 10, 2019, and arrives before June 1, 2019, you will only pay 10% ad valorem tariffs. However, if your List 3 cargo was exported from China AFTER 12:01 a.m. EST May 10, 2019, it will be subject to 25% ad valorem tariffs.
